Two modern wooden villas deep within Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park – each 78 m², hosting up to 6 guests (or 12 when combined).
Each villa offers a spacious open kitchen and living area, two bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and WC, plus an additional bathroom with WC and a private 2-seater jacuzzi. The interior is calm, natural wood, with large windows framing the northern landscape.

General
Each villa offers 80 m² of living space for up to 6 guests, with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a spacious living area, an indoor 2-seater jacuzzi, and access to a shared outdoor barrel sauna and hot tub. The interiors are natural wood with large windows opening to the Pallas fells, and pets are welcome.
Activities
Guests can enjoy hiking and cross-country skiing directly from the property, downhill skiing in Levi, as well as husky and reindeer safaris, snowshoeing, ice fishing, and aurora viewing with local partners.
Services
Services include final cleaning, bed linen and towels, and optional wellness or concierge packages such as guided tours, transfers, or a private chef.
Internet
High-speed Wi-Fi (300 Mbit/s) via Telia 5G and Starlink-Backup is available throughout the property. Internet is free of charge.
Parking
Free private parking is provided directly at the villas, with snow clearing during winter.
Policies
Checkin
From 16:00 (self check-in with smart lock). Early Check-in available on request, subject to availability.
Checkout
until 11:00. Late Checkout available on request, subject to availability and an additional fee.
Cancellation / Prepayment
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Later cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the booking value.
Children and extra beds
Children are welcome. No extra beds available.
Pets
Pets are welcome free of charge, but must be supervised at all times.
Accepted credit cards
All major credit cards are accepted. Payment is processed securely via our payment partner. A wire transfer to our Finnish bank account is also available.
